Studio Policies.

Deposit policy: 

A credit card deposit is required to schedule your appointment. Your card will be charged and the remaining balance will be due the day of your service. 


24-hour cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a non-refundable deposit.


Late Appointment Policy:

To respect the time of other clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and the non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. Two consecutive late appointments will result in a forfeiture of the original deposit and you will be required to make a new deposit for rescheduling. 


No Show Policy:

If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 25% of the missed service. 

Example: Appointment service of $350 will be charged $87.50.


Gift Card Policy: 

Gift card is redeemable by the bearer for merchandise or services at Bella Rejuvenation Aesthetics & Wellness. It may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Please treat this card like cash. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen. 


Business Rescheduling Policy:

We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment due to provider or office unexpected events. Should such a rescheduling occur within 24 hours of your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.
